We are committed to providing information about health services in an accessible format. We are working with local providers around the accessible information standard.

How are we providing information in an accessible format?

Our website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, and we welcome views to further improve it. Read our accessible statement for the website.

When we make key decisions, we provide these in accessible formats. Take a look at our Joint Forward Plan which sets out our priorities for the next few years.

Where can I find health advice in accessible formats?

Where can I find accessible information about health services in the Black Country?

We're working with NHS providers from Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton on how they publicise accessible information. We have reviewed each of their Accessible Information Standard policies and working with them to make sure they are raising awareness to their staff, patients, carers and the public.
