We are pleased to invite you to the NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

Date: Thursday, 19 September 

Time: 5.30pm - 7.30pm 

Format: Virtual Meeting via Microsoft Teams 

This meeting is open to all staff, stakeholders, and members of the public. It is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our organisation, review our achievements and challenges over the past year, and hear about our future plans.

How to participate: 

• Submit questions: the AGM includes an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the ICB and its work. To ensure that we are able to respond as fully as possible, any questions to be answered at the AGM should be submitted by email to bcicb.gb@nhs.net by 5pm on Monday 16 September. 

• Confirm attendance: reserve your spot by 5pm on Monday 16 September. Please let us know if you have any accessibility requirements. 

• Receive meeting link: a virtual meeting link will be sent to your registered email on Wednesday 18 September. If you haven’t received a meeting link by 5pm on this date, please email comms.blackcountry@nhs.net.
