Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes widespread pain and tenderness in the muscles and soft tissues of the body. It can also cause fatigue, sleep issues, and cognitive problems.

We understand that, while there is no cure for this long-term condition, many individuals are managing it on a daily basis. Whether you are a patient, a carer, or simply have a general interest, we would be delighted for you to join us and share your thoughts and experiences. Your input will be invaluable in helping us to shape the support available for those living well with fibromyalgia.

The workshop will be friendly, informal, and a safe space to discuss openly. If you would like to find out more or reserve your place, please contact Helen at h.codd@nhs.net.

We encourage you to share this opportunity with others who may benefit.
