Help Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust shape the future of services for people with dementia in Walsall.
Individuals, families, carers and professionals from Walsall and the wider Black Country are invited to join this half day workshop, where you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas about what support you would like to see for people with dementia in Walsall. You will also learn more about the current assessment process including what support is available during and after an assessment takes place.
The event is taking place at St Matthews Church in the heart of Walsall.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
