There are changes in the way we access help and receive care from general practices. The extended healthcare team at your GP practice is made up of different staff such as physiotherapists, paramedics, mental health practitioners, who work alongside GPs and nurses, and the role of the reception team in helping you get the right care, more easily, first time.
