As part of Heart Month which takes place every February, Walsall residents are invited to our free one-day Heart Health Awareness event at the Saddlers Shopping Centre on Thursday 23 February from 11am to 4pm.
Discover more about your heart health and take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. We will be offering a variety of free activities throughout the day, including free health assessments, children’s activities, free giveaways and sports taster sessions.
Not only this, but the event provides a great opportunity to talk with a variety of local organisations about how you can improve your health and well-being as a whole.
