“Integration and collaboration with the aims of addressing heath inequalities, moving services into the communities and strengthening Primary Care, are my priority areas for the Black Country Integrated Care Board.”

Dr Tehmina Rahman is a General Practitioner (GP) who has trained and worked in the Black Country for over 15 years. She is the Clinical Director for Health Vision Primary Care Network. In her role as Vice Chair of Sandwell Health and Care Partnership, she works with other Partners to lead on transformations to deliver sustainable, patient-centred care.

Tehmina is also Chair of the Sandwell Primary Care Collaborative, representing a unified voice for Primary Care locally. Recently, she led on establishing the Respiratory Hub in Sandwell, providing face to face GP access to children with infectious illnesses, which has been shortlisted for the HSJ safety awards.
