With a career spanning more than 30 years in local government working Tim is an experienced leader. His current role is as Chief Executive for the City of Wolverhampton Council having previously worked for local authorities in Liverpool, London Borough of Hillingdon, Doncaster and Walsall.
He has a proven track record of developing and delivering complex, innovative projects and programmes and has overseen a regeneration programme which has £4.1 billion of public and private investment either on site or planned in the city.
