Women across the Black Country are being encouraged to visit their local pharmacy for the morning after pill (emergency contraception) – making it quicker and easier to access the care they need without booking a GP or clinic appointment.

The NOWT (Navigating Our Womanhood Together) women’s health bus tour brought women’s health directly to local communities, welcoming more than 630 visitors on board and engaging hundreds more outside when it visited West Bromwich and Wolverhampton last week.

As half term approaches, parents and carers are being reminded to stay on top of their child’s asthma care during the autumn holidays and in the run-up to Bonfire Night.
